Toledo is an ex-timber town about 6 miles inland from the Oregon coast. When I say it was a timber town, I mean that is all it was, and timber tanked in the early 90's. In the last few years, they have been trying to remake its image. 2005 is the first ever Wooden Boat Show for Toledo, and one of the events was a race.
