I still have to install the seat and deck, as well as figure out a removable rudder that does not require external hardware (HA!) and figure out a removable leeboard. Both the leeboard and rudder need to be able to pivot to keep damage to a minimum when I run her aground. She will still require much sanding and painting, but that is what you get when you build your own boat.
